Exercise Equipment Rental

Terms & Conditions

*A monthly fee applicable to all rental agreements subject to three month first period of rental; equipment can be changed after two months*. The level of the monthly fee to be decided by Jarvis Fitness.

Receipt of all equipment is to be acknowledged by return email or letter.

**A bond payment of no more than £50.00 of the gross worth of equipment for equipment valued at £100.00 or less is to be made in an amount decided by Jarvis Fitness, at the beginning of the rental period which will be returned to the client when the equipment is received back and providing no substantial damage, other than normal wear and tear is evident. Equipment requested which is more costly than £100.00 will be supplied only at the discretion of Jarvis Fitness and for a fee determined by Jarvis Fitness staff.

Any Jarvis Fitness member who fails to make monthly rental payments for equipment rented from Jarvis Fitness for any one month period will be subject to a deduction or forfeiture of the bond due at the end of the agreement period. Deductions in this regard shall be not more than 100% of the amount of the bond.

Jarvis Fitness will bear no liability for damage occurring, be it consequential or actual, which is caused by the use or misuse of equipment which forms the basis of the rental agreement. Jarvis Fitness carries no liability for personal injury suffered as a result of use of the equipment when following the specified fitness plan.

Jarvis Fitness will only agree to rent fitness equipment, by way of contract, with persons of 18 years or over.
