Taking the first step to fitness, health and well-being is easy.

By completing the simple form below and subseqquent payment though paypal we can register you as a member. Your initial 3 month membership contract will be charged at £15.00 per month on a subscription basis. Once your initial months membership is paid we can evaluate the information supplied to provide a set of exercises and supply key elements of nutritional guidance so you can start your fitness programme to reach your goal.

As a member of Jarvis Fitness we can also suggest and supply suitable equipment on a monthly basis as part of a rental agreement (subject to terms & Conditions). Details of which can be sent to you once you are a member.

Your Jarvis Fitness membership also includes free SMS or email exercise reminders.
Any rental agreement is seperate to your monthly membership fee.

If you decide to keep a diary please record accurately the times that you eat and drink, what you consume as well as whether it was prepared at home or bought pre-prepared

*In order to assist Jarvis Fitness in assessing your ability level we request that you perform one or more of the following assessment tests.

A) How many press ups can you do without resting or reaching failure?
(Press-ups should be performed with a straight body and back. The movement should be through the arms and chest area and not by moving your bottom up and down! If a full press-up is too difficult a half press-up can be performed by resting on your knees and moving in the same manner pushing with the arms and chest)

B) How long can you walk for whilst maintaining a brisk pace without getting out of breath?

C) How long can you run for without reaching exhaustion?
